Nothing at all. But it reduces protein density, so makes 25 grams of protein per 100 grams weight meaningless. No one is eating uncooked, dried pinto beans.

The legumes are pretty much bs though (except peanuts) as those are dry weight, cooked weight drops Pinto beans to 9 grams of protein. Protein density drops because bean weight increases through absorption.
Really? Hmm. It’s pretty much like ‘everywhere’ but sometimes used like ‘all the time’
Adelaide has churches arsehole to breakfast Everywhere
I’ve got carpet snakes in my chook shed arsehole to breakfast All the time
Asshole to breakfast bro.
But, approximately 28% of the population expressed no religious affiliation in the 2011 Census, compared with the national average of 22.3%, making Adelaide one of Australia’s least religious cities.
So, they may not have the Big Banana, they’re boring as fuck, but at least your chances of meeting a god botherer are slightly diminished.
Exactly. That would hold true for the green vegetables (that are cooked) as well, broccoli will become more protein dense through water loss.
